Alan the Builder is a Surin based company but they build houses all around Thailand. They work as a team of 3 gangs, all with their own foreman, in all having a total of over 75 years experience between them.
They have constructed houses in Pattaya, Phuket, Bangkok, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Udon Thani, Buriram & Surin to name but a few. However due to the growth and demand of our company services, we are unable to carry out the smaller jobs anymore unless they are within the Surin or Isaan Areas of Thailand.
Their Thai architect taught at Rajamangala university in Bangkok and has over 35 years of experience of designing all kinds of architecture. there are also 2 fully qualified licensed engineers, and Alan himself personally has over 25 years experience of building western style houses in Europe, the USA and now in Thailand. There is also a European architect in the team. He has many good ideas that Thai’s do not come up with, regarding power saving, green homes etc. If you are after something like this, do not hesitate to contact us.
